We support the “Cindy Sherman at Cycladic: Early Works“ exhibition at the Museum of Cycladic Art from May 30 until November 4, 2024. This is the artist’s first solo museum exhibition in Greece and showcases more than 100 works, providing a comprehensive understanding of Sherman’s early work. For more than 40 years, Sherman has stood as a pillar of contemporary art through her intertwining of photography and performance in the late 70s, solidifying her spot as a pioneer. 

The Museum of Cycladic Art is among the principal cultural institutions in Greece. It presents Greek cultural heritage from over 3,000 years while combining contemporary art through targeted temporary exhibitions.
