#culture Qualco Foundation Joins MERITAcubed
The Qualco Foundation is proud to announce its participation as a partner in MERITAcubed, the second edition of the European platform MERITA – where chamber Music, cultural hERItage and TAlent meet.
Co-funded by the European Union under the Creative Europe Programme, MERITAcubed is coordinated by Le Dimore del Quartetto (Milan, Italy) and involves 19 + 3 cultural institutions from 16 European countries, committed to connecting the fields of chamber music, cultural heritage, digital transformation and sustainable development.

MERITAcubed offers 44 new professional ensembles (22 string quartets and 22 piano trios) the opportunity to join a vibrant and innovative international network connecting music, cultural heritage, and modern creativity. All the ensembles selected in both the first and second editions of the European project will benefit from the promotion of their profiles and of their respective artistic proposals through the platform. It’s a groundbreakingly rich showcase, displaying the new generation in international chamber music.
In addition, four ensembles will be selected to perform in concerts outside the EU further expanding cultural exchange beyond European borders.
Τhe platform combines training, artistic residencies, concert opportunities, and digital visibility with the aim of fostering sustainable careers for emerging chamber musicians and to strengthen the ties between artists, historic venues, and audiences across Europe. Through MERITAcubed, the platform will support ensembles through over 192 concerts, 44 artistic residencies, and 13 training sessions hosted in historic houses and cultural venues across Europe.
