#education Supporting National Robotics Championships in Greece

We stand as a Silver Sponsor of two flagship robotics programs: the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC). Both competitions inspire and empower the next generation of innovators through hands-on STEM education and nationwide participation.

The FIRST LEGO League Challenge is the world’s largest educational robotics competition for children aged 9 to 16 years old. Every year, more than 440,000 students from over 110 countries participate, exploring the world of science and technology engagingly and creatively. In Greece, the National FIRST LEGO League Championship reaches an impressive scale, involving nearly 500 teams and over 4,000 students, teachers, and volunteers nationwide. The FIRST Tech Challenge is designed for older students, aged 14 to 18, and represents the only industrial-style robotics championship in Greece.

The national championships are made possible thanks to Eduact—Action for Education, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing STEAM education programmes for students across the country. They offer various educational initiatives in coding, robotics, and emerging technologies.
