Omada Aigaiou awarded the Qualco Foundation for its contribution to building a new multicourt sports facility on Agathonisi, a remote island at the northern tip of Dodecanese with just 203 inhabitants.

This new facility is set to significantly enhance the local population’s well-being, especially for the island’s only six children.

The award ceremony was initiated by Omada Aigaiou for its 30th anniversary of volunteer work.

The team, consisting of diverse professionals, has supported the country’s small and remote islands, provided advanced medical services, built infrastructure and implemented educational, cultural and environmental projects.

On behalf of the Qualco Foundation, Ms. Anna Maria Kosmoglou highlighted Qualco Group’s 20-year philanthropic efforts, which were further enhanced by the establishment of the Qualco Foundation two years ago.
